Mealio is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making changes to your diet, especially if you have allergies, health conditions, or dietary restrictions.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any recipe or ingredient is safe for you to consume.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you contribute to the Services.
By submitting any content (such as feedback, suggestions, or other materials), you grant Mealio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with the Services.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
Payments & Subscriptions
